The refurbishment of five townhouses within the garden of a larger Listed building with the addition of rear extensions and a mansard level to the roof.
The extensions provide much needed internal space while addressing the access and outlook on to the communal gardens and Decimus Burton designed main house.
A Business Club set into the basement of a serviced office building in the City. The club provides varied work areas for relaxing, single or group working with access to meeting and catering facilities without the need to rent and office.
The space was formerly a dingy betting shop and the design tries to retain some of the edginess with paneled ceilings and painted brickwork above the luxury of the orange suede alcoves and leather desks.

Permission already existed for an agricultural metal shed so the design brief was to reinterpret the building as offices within the exact volume of the permitted shed.
The building faces onto the traditional farm outbuildings and 1700’s listed farmhouse, it was not an appropriate location for an agricultural metal shed and the resulting design softens its impact with the use of reclaimed brick and rough black stained timber cladding.
A joint project with Downtown Interiors & Catherine Arnal to refurbish the entrance spaces to a residential apartment building in St Johns Wood.
The design reconfigured the finishes, lighting and entrance desk with particular attention to resolve the approach, increasing visibility from the street and prioritising the pedestrian route over the access to the underground car park.
A project for a beautiful old ink factory in Clerkenwell, the design involved a light touch intervention on an extremely limited budget to improve the lighting, flooring and meeting rooms ready for occupation as a head office.
This is the 4th project we have undertaken for this client and one appreciates the good relationship and successful outcome this brings.
Following the earlier project for the successful business club we were invited to design the refurbishment of the meeting rooms, reception and ancillary spaces to the main offices occupying the 5 floors above.
